I am lucky that yoga came into my life almost 20 years ago. First, as a form of exercise to complement an active lifestyle.  Soon after, the benefits were not just physical, but emotionally and spiritually healing.  I knew then that I wanted to share this amazing feeling with others.  No matter where you are in your life, yoga evolves with you as you grow. You just can’t help feeling content and more in tune with your body, mind and soul when you take the time to practice.  Whether you are new or already familiar to yoga, mellow flow is a 75 minute sequence, allowing a little extra time to warm up, without rushing, and designed to slow down your practice to safely move with your breath.  My hope is that you will leave feeling vibrant and ready to start your day with intention and integrity.  Having the opportunity to share this with you is an honor.    I look forward to seeing you on your mat.
