II am lucky that yoga came into my life over 20 years ago. First, as a form of exercise to complement an active lifestyle. Soon after, the benefits were not just physical, they were internal as well. The shift in my relationship to a Yin and Yang practice is how I maintain a healthy balance. No matter where you are in your life, yoga evolves with you as you age and grow. Whether you are new or already familiar to yoga, I invite you to step on to your mat with a curious beginner's mind and set an intention to learn something new about yourself each time you practice. My hope is that you will leave feeling vibrant and at peace to either start or end your day. I look forward to seeing you on your mat.
