Yoga to me is so much more than holding a pose! It’s about being connected in a non-judgemental environment. It allows us to slow down and be in the moment. I heard once at a seminar that “we are human beings, not human doings.” Yoga is a wonderful way to practice the gift of “Being.” Enjoy a supportive class environment as you are introduced to the basics of yoga and build a foundation for your practice. This class is great for both starting a new practice and enhancing an existing one. We will focus on a detailed breakdown of yoga postures and alignment.
