I consider myself a life-long student of yoga, having first discovered yoga and meditation as a very young child while observing my mother and older sister practice. A few years ago, when ready to make a change from my hotel career, the opportunity to complete my 200 hour training at AYP presented itself and seemed the perfect adventure. Since receiving my certification and teaching for the past year, I have truly found joy in every practice! Yoga brings me a clearer sense of peace, balance and the ability to embrace life just as it is. My classes are welcoming and accessible to all levels, with a focus on alignment, breath, strengthening and self-discovery. When not on the mat, you will find me surrounded by family, organizing (anything!), walking my dog, reading a book, or packing to travel. I hope to see you soon on your mat! Namaste.
