Gentle & Flow Yoga: 60 minutes. Great for beginners and the experienced. Get a great stretch and feel relaxed after your practice. Gentle Sun Salutation synchronized with your breath.

Chakras Yoga: 60 minutes All levels.  Help the body to heal and restore itself with this gentle practice.  Each class focuses on one of the seven chakras (energy centers) of the body with the goal of balance, health and well being for mind, body and soul.

Beginner Yoga: 60 minutes. This class will prepare you to do all of our other classes. You will take time to work on the details of poses and you will learn traditional yoga sequences. Open to everyone!

Detox Flow: Detox Flow is designed to kickstart your own body's natural detoxification system (the lymphatic) also designed to stimulate the productivity of the vitals organs and encourage the release of accumulated toxins.

Vinyasa: 60 minutes. We will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Great for all!

Intermediate Yoga: 60 minutes. Poses and flow vary each class. Great for the experienced.

Hatha Series HS Modified: 60 Minutes. Heated room. A shorter version of our traditional HS. Welcome to all who want to learn the series, get in shape, be more flexible and lose weight.

Hatha Series. HS: 75 minutes. Heated room. A set series of breathing, sun salutations, hatha poses, core builders, relaxation and meditation. Faster paced style of yoga. Can be vigorous and challenging. Athletic style of yoga. You want to get back in shape? Lose weight and get stronger? Come to this class!

Power/Vinyasa: 60 minutes. Heated room. Poses and flow vary every week. Work on sun salutations, arm balances and inversions. Faster flow synchronized with your breath

8 Weeks series: Eight one hour session/8 weeks. Starting Thursday October 2 to November 20, 2008 at 5:30 to 6:30. Pre-registration is required. The cost is $120.00

Workshop: Sunday November 2 at 10:00 am to 12:00 "Time for a life tune up" with Tracy Mindess. Cost $35.00. Please reserve your place in advance

Please arrive early. Wear fitted clothing. Bring a yoga mat*, hand towel and water.
Refrain from eating 2 hours prior to class. *yoga mats available to use first time.
We sell eco-friendly yoga mats, water, clothes, blocs and knee-pads.
