NEW ~ ZENful Yoga Flow: ZENful flow will allow us to cultivate a relationship or union between our mind & body.
We will breathe, balance & cleanse our way thru a dynamic vinyasa practice, OPENING the body & encouraging the "prana" to organically flow. Be prepared to shift into serenity with a breath-giving sivasana.
We will be left with clarity of mind, peacefully aware and ZENfully focused for meditation. OPEN your mind to the potential of what you have the power to create along your path. All levels welcome. Saturdays 9:30 am
NEW ~ Beginner 8 week series: We will be offering a 8 week series for beginners, starting September 19 to November 14. As a reminder we are closed on Columbus Day. We will be focusing on the basics of yoga poses, breathing techniques and alignment. You may have been wondering for a while now why so many people practice yoga; come and find out for yourself. Or perhaps you just feel the need to get back to basics; that works too. We need a minimum of 6 attendees to run the class. Please, sign-up as soon as possible as space is limited. Mondays 5:30 pm

NEW ~ Hatha Series NEW TREND. HS: 75 minutes. Heated room. A set series of breathing, sun salutations, hatha poses, core builders, relaxation and meditation. Faster paced style of yoga. Can be vigorous and challenging. Athletic style of yoga. You want to get back in shape? Lose weight and get stronger? Wednesdays 9:30 am and 7:00 pm. HOT ROOM
NEW ~ Gentle Flow Yoga: 60 minutes. Great for beginners and the experienced. Get a great stretch and feel relaxed after your practice. Gentle Sun Salutation synchronized with your breath. Wednesdays 11:15 am. Cool Room!
YIN YOGA: Fundamental characteristics of Yin Yoga. Stiffer, fibrous, more inelastic connective tissues (i.e. tendons, ligaments and fascia) do not respond to brief, rythmic stretches as muscles do. Instead, Yin Yoga gently stretches and rehabilitates these types of connective tissues, which form our joints, via passive (supported on the floor), longer held ( usually several minutes), elongating, static postures maintained with the surrounding muscles relaxed. Holding for a few miniutes with a moderate amount of stretch will not stress these connective tissues to a breaking point, but rather will result in a minute increase in the spaciousness of the joint. It is primarily the health and flexibilityof the joints that give us a sense of ease, comfort and lightness in the body. 60 MINUTES / TUESDAYS 7:00 PM
PIYO:. Piyo is a hybrid, athletic work out combining mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement of flow from one exercise to another. PiYo offers modifications for the group exercise environment, and offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants. TUESDAYS AT 5:30 PM. The room will be slightly heated
BASICS: For beginner, 60 minutes. This class will prepare you to do all of our other classes. You will take time to work on the details of poses and you will learn traditional yoga sequences. Open to everyone! THURSDAYS 9:30 AM
Meditative Flow: Gentle classes for all levels. A new theme is explored each week to connect our daily lives with our deepest inner selves. Come have fun with us. Thursdays 7:00 pm. All levels welcome!
Rise & Flow Yoga: 60 minutes. Poses and flow vary each class. Great for the experienced and beginners. Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00 am. Beginner/intermediate
Power Yoga: 60 minutes. Heated room. Faster pace of yoga. Poses and flow vary every week. Work on sun salutations, arm balances and inversions. Faster flow synchronized with your breath. Mondays 9:30 am ~ Mondays 7:00 pm ~ Fridays 9:30 am ~ Saturdays 8:00 am. HOT ROOM
Vinyasa: In our flow "vinyasa" classes we will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Great for all!
