Vinyasa Flow - This moderately-paced class emphasizes linking breath with movement as we flow through a series of yoga poses to strengthen the body, improve balance, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Translated from Sanskrit, vinyasa means “connection.” Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath which helps the practitioner develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony with themselves and their environment. Each class is unique, but may include the many variations of Sun Salutations as well as standing postures, inversions, backbends, twists, forward bends, and deep relaxation. Class runs one hour.
Power Hour - For those students with an established yoga practice and an understanding of vinyasa flow yoga, plan to challenge yourself with an hour of dynamic, strengthening vinyasa flow yoga. The music playlist is often modern and lively. Be prepared to work, sweat and have fun!

Perfect for those newer to yoga, or those who desire a slower-paced yoga practice in a supportive environment. Stretching and toning sequences are designed to help you to open up areas of tightness in the body, such as hips, legs & shoulders. Set to a background of relaxing music, this class is sure to leave you with a feeling of pure bliss! All levels are welcome and class runs 60-75 minutes.

Yoga Basics - Through thoughtful, dynamic sequencing, students will learn the basics of a flow yoga practice. This class will explore the principles of body alignment, breathing techniques and the use of props to support and modify postures. Great for beginners, as well as those students who would like to "get back to basics" and fine-tune their foundational yoga postures. Class runs 60-75 minutes.
Yin Yoga - Slow down with this quiet practice that targets the deeper connective tissue with the aim of increasing circulation and improving overall flexibility. The practice of yin yoga provides the perfect balance to your active (yang) yoga practices and your busy life. Focusing on long-held floor poses combined with breath work and meditation, yin yoga is helpful in relieving tension in areas such as the hips, pelvis, and low back. Poses are held for anywhere from 3-10 minutes with very little muscular engagement, often supported by props. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to stronger, more dynamic exercise such as running, walking, hiking, and cycling. This deep practice is gentle, yet intense, helping students not only to open the body, but also to cultivate the ability to observe and stay with sensation. All levels of practitioners are welcome. Class runs 60-75 minutes.
Sunrise Vinyasa Flow - An energizing, early-morning moderate flow class designed to prepare the body and mind for the day ahead. Class runs approximately one hour.
Kundalini Inspired Yoga - Kundalini-inspired yoga uses asana (postures), breath work, mantra and meditation to promote balance in the body and clarity in the mind. We will play with and learn about the Chakras (energy system) and will use modifications to open the class for all levels of practice. Chakras Yoga classes will explore the powerful energy centers that regulate our emotional and physical self. We will focus on deep healing and clear the blockages that cause illness & emotional upset. This yoga class will explore the subtle energies of the body, bring the mind’s focus inward, and making space for healing, forgiveness and the new. We are excited to bring this class to our students as a special offering on Thursday evenings at our studio, providing the perfect opportunity to experience deep rest and true self-healing.
