Tayla began practicing yoga in 2013 and in May 2019 she followed one of her large dreams by completing her 200 hour RYT training through Boston Yoga School. As an athlete throughout her youth, she first looked to yoga as a physical practice but over the years discovered the benefits extended to her total wellness. What kept her coming back was the connection of the mind, body and breath that makes yoga not just a workout, but a practice of mindfulness and self-awareness.

Tayla loves practicing yoga because she knows it is something that is impossible to perfect. There are no expectations to become a master and she finds comfort in that. It is a true honor to be a conduit for a practice that she loves.

While not on her yoga mat, you can find Tayla and her adventurous spirit enjoying her time at the beach, hiking or anywhere outdoors and enjoying moments with family and friends!
